While everyone that’s familiar with St. Barth has likely been to or at least heard of Isle de France, quite possibly the best hotel on the island. Earlier this year the hotel was acquired by French luxury conglomerate LVMH, owners of Louis Vuitton and posh hotel brand Cheval Blanc. This will be the first season for the new owners and with it comes an extensive amount of upgrades for the seasons including all-new guest rooms, champagne lounge that’s already open for the season and new menu for Chef Yann Vinsot’s La Case de l'Isle restaurant.
